• Improve employability through practicing leadership, communication, creativity, and collaboration

  • Expand your network through making friends with multicultural backgrounds

  • Explore iconic regional victorian destinations through outdoor activities that promote adventure and cultural exploration.

  • Boost your confidence

  • Maximize your study experience in Victoria

  • Be a future leader

What does that mean to you?

Ambassadors will be able to take part in a workshop:

1. "Stand out from the crowd"

In this 2-3 hour workshop, we will invite previous international students who have successfully started their career in Australia to deliver speeches.

The topic will cover: how to network, how to set up a LinkedIn professional profile, how to find a job in Australia...

Also, ambassadors will practice leadership through planning cultural exploration as a team.

2. Leadership Program

During the trip, each ambassador will be assigned different roles that are based on real-life. With each role, comes different responsibilities. This will create an opportunity for ambassadors to work in a team where they could learn, explore and improve their employability skills like team working, communication, independence, and confidence.

In the cultural exploration journey, from being able to travel throughout Victoria to destinations such as the Grampians National Park, Cape Otway, Mornington Peninsula, and Phillip Island for a three-day two-night trip with your new formed friends, you will not only have the opportunity to learn about the cultural importance of such places but also be involved in the planning, budgeting and doing fun and exciting activities with other like-mind ambassadors.

And these are just the tip of the ice berk for ambassadors on this project!!
